Timeless - Eric Saade
Easter is such a weird holiday for me. As a kid, it was fun, but as an adult with a different perspective on religion… I celebrate because of family (my mom’s Catholic) but it holds absolutely no religious significance for me. My point-of-view is that I’m here for the dinner and the candy.
I’ve got a lot of doctor appointments coming up. I’ve recently started working on getting my SSI and I’m hoping it will all turn out for the best. Yet I always am filled with such dread before going. I know two of these appointments are to further my case, but one is more general. I’m just always so worried that they’re going to tell me something that’s worse than I already have. Honestly, I can’t wait for after Derby Saturday. That part will be over and done with.
Then, of course, with writing, it never fails. I’m in the middle of re-writing and editing a story, and I get an idea for a small piece. Knowing me, I’ll just work on both. I’m just thrilled that I have stuff to work on, since, I was having a harder time with writing in March.
I’m also in the middle of planning for a roleplay, and I’m starting to get a little slim on ideas. I’ll keep marching on, because I really can’t wait to start playing this.
And yeah, why does our weather in this area have to keep going on a roller coaster? Can it at least stay pretty normal through the course of a week?
